摘要
在φ200mm提升管冷模实验装置上,采样局部固含率与喷嘴气体局部浓度之比考察了油剂二相在进料段四个轴向位置(H=0.375,0.675,1.075,1.375m)及不同操作参数(Ur=2.25~4.30m·s-1,Uj=41.7~62.5m·s-1,Mj/Mr=0.29~4.21)下的接触状况。结果表明,浓度比在H=0.375m截面呈W形径向分布、油剂在床层中心和边壁的接触状况均较差;在H≥0.675m的其它截面,浓度比呈U形径向分布、油剂在床层边壁的接触状况较差,在床层中心的接触状况较好。在H=0.375m截面,增加Uj及Mj/Mr使油剂在床层边壁的接触状况得到改善,在床层中心的的接触状况变差;而增加Ur则使油剂在床层边壁及中心的接触状况均变差。在H=0.675m截面,增加Uj、Mj/Mr或降低Ur使油剂在床内的接触状况得到改善。采用油剂匹配指数λ考察了油剂在进料段不同截面的平均接触状况。在Mj/Mr<2.15时,油剂在H=0.675m截面的接触状况最差;在Mj/Mr≥2.15时,油剂在H=0.375m截面的的接触状况最差。此外,在H=0.675m截面,当Mj/Mr=0.29~0.54及1.05~2.37时...
