摘要
运用正交实验研究了环氧丙烷(PO)开环合成2-氯-1-丙醇的反应,讨论了反应温度、PO和盐酸的进料摩尔比、PO和乙醚的稀释摩尔比、反应时间及反应时的搅拌速度等因素对反应的影响。并通过气相色谱-质谱对反应所涉及产物进行了分析。提出优化工艺条件为:反应温度控制在65℃左右,PO和盐酸的进料摩尔比为1:2~1:4,PO和乙醚的稀释摩尔比为1:1,反应时间7~9h。在此条件下的反应结果为:PO的转化率为73.98%,2-氯-1-丙醇的选择性为43.83%,收率为32.43%。
Synthesis of 2-chloro-1-propanol from propylene oxide (PO) by ring-opening reaction was studied, and the synthesized products were analyzed by GC-MS.
