自体骨软骨移植修复兔膝关节软骨缺损的形态学观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较观察采用自体骨软骨移植(OATS)修复软骨缺损术后12周的修复软骨与正常关节软骨的形态学变化。方法在8只新西兰兔右膝股骨滑车造成骨软骨缺损,取滑车临近部位相同直径和厚度的骨软骨柱修复缺损,左膝作为正常对照。12周时取修复软骨和左膝对应部位正常软骨,分别行HE染色和甲苯胺蓝染色、Ⅱ型胶原免疫组化染色,光镜和透射电镜观察组织结构和超微结构。结果两组软骨的大体观察和光镜下组织结构无明显差别,但透射电镜发现超微结构存在差异。结论OATS修复软骨保留了透明软骨的形态学特征,其近期修复效果比较满意,但中远期修复效果还需进一步观察。 Objective To evaluate the properties of morphology between 12 weeks repaired cartilage after autologous osteochondral transplantation and the normal articular cartilage.Methods A full-thickness cylindrical osteochondral defect was made on the right knee femoral trochlea of 8 New Zealand white rabbits using the osteochondral autograft transfer system(OATS).The defect was repaired with an same diameter and depth osteochondral plug taken from the proximal femoral trochlea using the OATS.The contralateral femor...
