摘要
目的：通过对某部队医院护理人员的心理健康状况调查和分析,了解医院护理人员的心理健康水平,为进一步的心理咨询和干预提供科学依据。方法：采用症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist,SCL-90)对某部队医院981名护理人员进行调查,并与中国常模、军人常模、全国青年常模进行比较。结果：护理人员的SCL-90各项因子得分、总均分和阳性项目数均值普遍低于中国军人常模(P＜0．05)；其阳性项目数,总均分,躯体化、人际关系敏感、忧郁、焦虑、敌对性和偏执6个因子得分低于中国常模(P＜0．05)；其强迫、人际关系敏感、忧郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖、偏执和精神病性8个因子低于中国青年常模。医院护理人员SCL-90各因子水平超过轻度以上(x≥2)的人数占3．87%—18．70%,达到中度以上(x≥3)的人数占0．52%—2．50%,达到重度以上的最高为0．41%。阳性症状评分较高的因子为强迫、人际关系敏感、忧郁和偏执。结论：医院护理人员心理健康状况优于中国一般人群、国内常模青年组和国内军人常模组。但是仍有少数护理人员存在心理问题,在医院的教育中应当针对不同护理人员心理特点开展心理卫生教育,以提高护理人员整体心理素质。
Objective:To investigate the mental health status of nurses in military hospital of China,and develop a scientific measure to perfect mental health of nurses in military hospitals in China.Methods:The Symptom Check- list 90(SCL-90)was employed to test the clustering character of the samples(981 nurses in a military hospital). The factor′s scores of SCL-90 were calculated,and compared with the norm mode of the whole population,the youth,and the soldiers.Results:Most SCL-90 scores of nurses were less than the norm mode of the whole popu- lation,the youth,and the soldiers(P＜0.05).However,at least one score of SCL-90 factors was slightly,mod- erately and heavily over the level of metal health in 3.87%-18.70% (the score≥2),0.52%-2.50% (the score≥3),and 0.41% (the factor scores≥4)of the nurses cohort respectively.Conclusion:The status of mental health in nurses of military hospital was better than those of others.And the education of mental health should be strengthened since the mental problems still existed in some nurses.
