摘要
文章在分析了信息型企业的产品特征的基础上,着重探讨了信息型企业的资源储备、成本定价和标准战争三个方面的成长战略。对资源储备战略而言,要进行人力资本化和信息共享化建设;在定价战略中,应在成本领先定价策略的基础上辅以差异化定价策略;在进行标准战争时,要采取联盟兼容策略。
On the basis of an analysis on product feature of information-enterprise,this papers discusses growth-strategies including resources reserve,cost pricing and standard battle.With regard to resources reserve strategy,information-enterprise ought to exploit human resources and implement construction for information shareing;according to pricing strategy,information-enterprise ought to implement independence pricing;as for standard battle strategy,information-enterprise ought to carry out alliance policy
