摘要
【目的】观察体外超声波是否可激活光敏剂血卟啉,对体外培养的肝癌细胞发挥抑制增殖及杀伤作用。【方法】将体外培养的SMMC-7721肝癌细胞株随机分为单独血卟啉、单独超声、超声加血卟啉及空白对照四组,分别给予相应处理,观察细胞变化。【结果】超声加血卟啉组肝癌细胞于7 d后全部溶解死亡,单独血卟啉组、单独超声组肝癌细胞仍呈增殖状态,与空白对照组差异无显著性。【结论】运用超声波可以激活光敏剂血卟啉,发挥对肝癌细胞的抑制和杀伤作用。
【Objective】To observe whether the ultrosound could activate hematoporphyrin in vitro and its cytocidal effect on hepatic carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721.【Methods】SMMC-7721 cells were cultured in DMEM medium in an openly monolayer adherence way and was divided into blank group,hematoporphyrin group,ultrosound group and combination group.The viabilities of SMMC-7721 cells were measured by trypan blue staining.【Results】The SMMC-7721cells of combination group died on 7th day,the cells of ultrosound group and hematoporphyrin group continued to proliferate,there was no difference between the blank group and the ultrosound group or hematoporphyrin group.【Conclusion】The ultrosound could activate hematoporphyrin and induce the cytocidal effect on hepatic carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721.
