摘要
心理健康是现代健康观的重要组成部分。心理健康教育已引起教育界的普遍重视。人的身体活动和心理活动有密切的关系,健康的心理高于健康的身体。体育健康教育要贯彻"健康第一"的思想,就必需重视学生的心理健康。体育教学过程是一个动态的过程,因此,人的身体活动和心理活动,贯穿和渗透在整个体育教学活动的全过程。
The psychologically healthy education has caused the educational circles to take generally.The psychologically healthy is the modern healthy view important constituent.Human's bodily activity and the psychological activity has close rela- tionship,the healthy psychology lies within the health the body.The sports health needs to implement'the health first'the thought,essential takes student's psychologically healthy.The sports teaching process is a dynamic process,therefore, human's bodily activity and the psychological activity,passes through and seeps in the entire sports teaching activity entire process.
