摘要
中国当前面临严峻的反洗钱形势;洗钱犯罪对社会经济严重的危害性,以及中国反洗钱工作目前存在的问题,决定了加快中国反洗钱立法的紧迫性;制订一部符合中国国情的《反洗钱法》刻不容缓。
China is facing a grim situation of anti-money laundering at present.The severe harmfulness the crime of money laundering does to the social economy and the present defect of the anti-money laundering work in China determine the urgency to speed up legislating for anti-money laundering,and it brooks no delay to make Anti-Money Laundering Laws that conform to the situation in China.
