加强高校国有资产的管理必须强化管理职能、健全各项管理制度、提高国有资产的使用效率。
In order strengthen the management of state-owned property in colleges or universities,we must force the managemental function,perfect all the managemental regulations and rules and heighten the useful effeciency of state property.
