摘要
研究了等离子喷涂单一MoSi2涂层在不同的热处理工艺条件下发生的变化,结果表明650℃保温1 h,试样出现粉化现象,验证了“Pesting”现象;750℃保温1 h试样背面出现Mo的氧化物晶体,对混合涂层的透射电镜观察证实了MoSi2的热障涂层中起到了自愈合作用。
Changes of MoSi_2 coatings by Plasma Spraying at different heat treating process were studied.The results showed that the coating was pulverizing heated at 650℃ for one hour,so the 'Pesting' phenomenon has been verified.Crystal of molybdenum oxide was seen on back of the coating heated at 750℃ for one hour,it was confirmed by TEM that the coating has self cicatrisation function.
