摘要
目的观察不同浓度的番茄红素独用和与维生素E联用时对人胚肺二倍体细胞中抗氧化酶的影响。方法处于对数生长期的人胚肺二倍体细胞(SL-7细胞),加入不同浓度的番茄红素和维生素E,作用24h后再加入H2O2作用1h,测定细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性。结果0·5、1、5μmol/L番茄红素与H2O2组比较,SOD、GSH-Px的活力增强(P<0·05),10μmol/L番茄红素组作用不明显;维生素E可使番茄红素的作用加强。结论0·5、1、5μmol/L番茄红素提高抗氧化酶的活性;10μmol/L番茄红素作用丧失;番茄红素和维生素E联用后可增加抗氧化酶的活性。
Objcetive To observe the effect of lycopene(LP) alone or in combination with vitamin E on antioxidant enzyme in SL-7 cells.Methods When SL-7 cells were in logarithmic period,SL-7 cells with different doses of lycopene and vitamin E were added. After 24 hours, H_2O_2 was added, and the cells were incubated for one hour. Then the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were detected.Results Compared to the group of H_2O_2,the activities of SOD,GSH-Px were significantly increased in the group of H_2O_2+lycopene at dose of 0.5 μmol/L,1 μmol/L,5 μmol/L. No obvious increase was observed in the group of 10 μmol/L lycopene.Vitamin E enhanced the antioxidant effect of lycopene.Conclusions The activities of SOD,GSH-Px can be increased by lycopene at dose of 0.5 μmol/L,1 μmol/L,5 μmol/L,and this effect disappears at lycopene dose of 10 μmol/L. Vitamin E can enhance the antioxidant effect of lycopene.
