摘要
目的了解四川省食盐碘状况。方法每个县随机抽取居民户和生产层次盐样,用《制盐工业通用试验方法碘离子的测定》(GB/T13025·7-1999)中仲裁法进行定量检测。结果2004年四川省居民户加碘盐覆盖率96·9%、合格碘盐食用率87·9%、碘盐合格率90·4%,55·3%的县合格碘盐食用率大于90%;生产层次批质量合格率87·9%。2005年四川省居民户加碘盐覆盖率99·5%、合格碘盐食用率95·0%、碘盐合格率95·4%,94·1%的县合格碘盐食用率大于90%;非碘盐数量和分布范围明显减小;生产层次批质量合格率95·4%。结论四川省加碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率和碘盐合格率3项指标都大于90%,达到消除碘缺乏病国家标准。
Objective To understand the situation of iodized-salt at household and production in Sichuan Province. Methods Iodized-salt samples were selected and detected among household and production by random sampling.The iodine concentrations in salt were detected by method of arbitrates with criteria in GB/T 130257-1999. Results In 2004, the coverage rate of iodized-salt of household level was 969%; qualified iodized-salt coverage rate was 879%;the qualified rate of iodized-salt was 904%; qualified iodized-salt coverage rate of 553% of counties were above 90%. The qualified rate of production level was 879%,In 2005, the coverage rate of iodized-salt of household level was 995%; qualified iodized-salt coverage rate was 950%;the qualified rate of iodized-salt was 954%; the qualified iodized-salt coverage rate of 941% of counties were above 90%, the quantity and range of non- iodized-salt reduced evidently.The qualified rate of production level was 954%. Conclusions The coverage rate of iodized-salt of household level , qualified iodized-salt coverage rate and the qualified rate of iodized-salt in Sichuan Province all had exceeded 90%.These 3 indexes have reached the international standard of eliminating IDD .
