摘要
漏钢预报是冶金连铸生产过程中的关键环节,需要非常可靠的安全性。提出的二值数据窗前置处理法,不但实现了数据的归一化,而且利用数据窗技术只需截取发生漏钢时温度变化异常的8个采样点,这样大大减少了网络的输入个数,提高了网络运算速度。实际应用表明,该系统可直接用于生产现场,具有预报速度快、精度高、鲁棒性能好等优点,有着广泛的应用前景。
Being one of key sections of continuous casting process,breakout prediction requires safety with excellent reliability.A binary data window preprocessing technique is proposed.It not only implements data normalization,but also employs the data window technique to acquire eight sampling points where an abnormal temperature change occurs when breakout takes place,thus reducing the number of network input and increasing network operation speed.Practical applications show that this system features fast prediction speed,high accuracy,excellent robustness when directly used in the production field,and has a wide range of applications in future.
