摘要
通过超高压力通电烧结制备了添加1%TiC和1%La2O3的W/Cu FGM,研究了其烧结、层间剪切强度及抗热冲击性能;此功能梯度材料气孔率在11%左右;在激光功率密度200 mW.m-2下,对此材料进行激光热冲击试验,冲击1000次,含1%La2O3钨-铜梯度材料表面没有损坏,而含1%TiC钨-铜梯度材料表面出现裂纹。并对此材料抗热冲击现象进行了简要分析。
W/Cu functionally gradient materials(FGMs) containing 1%La2O3 and 1%TiC respectively were prepared by a way of graded sintering under ultra-high pressure (GSUHP).The specimens were measured to be low porosity(11.57% and 11.35% respectively).Shearing strength of the specimens between layers is better.What′s more,the specimens still demonstrate good performance in testing thermal-shock resistance.When power density of laser is 200 mW·m-2,the specimens were tested by thermal-shock resistance(1000 times),those who contained 1% La2O3 do not damage,but those who contained 1%TiC begin to crack.Finally,effect of additives on thermal-shock resistance was also preliminarily discussed.
