红三叶与白三叶春季植物雌激素含量和种类的差异 被引量:1

摘要 用2个红三叶品种和3个白三叶品种检测了春季茎叶中主要植物雌激素的种类及其含量的变化.结果表明,春季红三叶茎叶植物雌激素总含量为3.35×103~7.99×103μg/g,远高于白三叶的0.57×102~3.81×102μg/g.红三叶茎叶主要含有芒柄花素、美皂异黄酮、染料木素和大豆黄酮等植物雌激素,而白三叶茎叶则主要含有芒柄花素和染料木素,时有少量美皂异黄酮,未检测到大豆黄酮.两种三叶草春季植物雌激素总含量的变化均取决于芒柄花素的变化,与生育进程无明显关系. The content and kind of phytoestrogens in red clover(Trifolium pratense L.) and white clover(T.repens L.)in spring were investigated with 2 red clover cultivars and 3 white clover cultivars in a field experiment.The results showed that the total phytoestrogen content in the above ground parts of red clover ranged 3.35×10~3~7.99×10~3μg/g,which was significantly higher than that in white clover ranged 0.57×10~2~3.81×10~2μg/g.There were phytoestrogens,formononetin,biochanin A,genistein and daidzein in leaves and stems of red clover,but no daidzein and just a small amount of biochanin A were tested in white clover.The variation of total phytoestrogen content depended on the formononeton content,and that did not associate with growth in both species.
