摘要
牛病毒性腹泻/粘膜病病毒(Bovineviraldiarrheavirus/mucosaldiseasevirus,BVDV/MDV)是引起牛病毒性腹泻/粘膜病的病原,与猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、羊边界病病毒(BDV)同属.其基因组由5′非翻译区(5′UTR)、一个大的开放阅读框(ORF)和3′非编码区(3′NCR)组成,编码结构蛋白P14、gP48、gP25、gP53及几种非结构蛋白.下面就BVD/MD的分子生物学研究进展做一综述,以便给该病的进一步防制奠定理论基础.
Bovine viral diarrhea virus/mucosal disease virus (BVDV/MDV) is the pathogeny of BVD/MD. It is in the same genus with Classical Swine Fever Virus (CSFV) and Border Disease Virus (BDV). The genome consists of 5′UTR,ORF and 3′NCR,encoding structural proteins P14、gP48、gP25、gP53 as well as some nonstructural ones. The prospect of the molecular biology study on BVDV/MDV is summarized,so as to set a foundation theoretically for the control of this disease.
