摘要
以正丁醇和冰乙酸为原料,采用硫酸铝钾作催化剂合成醋酸正丁酯.考察了催化剂用量、原料配比和反应时间等因素对反应的影响.确定了硫酸铝钾催化合成乙酸正丁酯的较优条件:酸醇摩尔比为1:1,催化剂用量为乙酸质量的8.33%,反应时间1h,酯化率可达97.7%.
N-butyl acetate is synthesized from acetic acid and n-butanol,using KAl(SO4)2 as the catalyst.The influences of reaction conditions on the esterification rate are investigated by means of the orthogonal experiment designing.The optimum reaction condition is obtained as follows: 0.1mol acetic acid,molar ratio of acetic acid to n-butanol,1:1;and KAl(SO4)2 is 8.33% of the weight of acetic acid;the reaction time,1h.The esterification rate of over 97.7% is obtained.
