摘要
在采用加碱法空心微珠表面包覆TiO2,适宜的工艺条件是反应温度70~80℃,体系pH值2.0~2.5,加料时间控制在4~5 h,搅拌速度400r/min,得到的样品经过950℃,2 h煅烧处理.指出提高空心微珠包覆率和保证包覆尽量均匀是影响涂层降温效果的关键.
Zeeosphere has good insulation performance and has been used in coatings as functional fillings.Titanium dioxide is covered on the surface of zeeosphere for the need of developing single-type reflecting insulating coatings.The optimized conditions are determined as follows:70-80℃ of reaction temperature,2.0-2.5 of pH value,4-5 hours of titrating time,with 400 r/min of the viscosity of stirring;calcinating at 950℃ for 2 hours.It's pointed out that the package rate of titanium dioxide and uniformity are the major factors to influence the capability of lowering the temperature.
