摘要
从面向对象角度将炼化装置模型分为面向计划的装置模型和面向操作的装置模型两大类,并对两类模型的特点进行了探讨;提出了建立面向计划装置模型比较合适的方法是回归分析方法;以某丙烯腈装置为例,建立了一组面向计划的丙烯腈装置模型,并对模型的应用进行了分析。结果表明:模型的建立对于装置的计划优化有重要的现实意义。
In this paper,one concept was put forward in the point of target oriented that petrochemical unit model includes unit model planning oriented and unit model operation oriented.The characteristics of the two models mentioned above were studied.More suitable method establishing unit model orientating planning is regression analysis.A set of acrylonitrile unit model orientating planning was established according to a certain acrylonitrile unit,The application of that model is also studied.As a result,the establishment of the model will possess practical significance.
