摘要
抗日战争时期,中共领导的各抗日根据地在坚持持久抗战的情况下,还使农民负担相对减轻,生活得到初步改善。高度重视减轻农民负担工作,坚持正确的农民负担原则,逐步完善了农民负担政策,积极采取措施帮助农民增收节支是取得上述成绩的主要原因。抗日根据地减轻农民负担的成功经验,对于今天解决“三农问题”,构建社会主义和谐社会有很强的现实意义。
During the period of the war of Resistance Against Japan,in the anti-Japanese Area under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the peasants' burden was relatively lightened,the living standards of them were raised.In my opinion,there were four reasons about the,above-mentioned result.The first reason was that the work of lightening Peasant' Burden was highly valued by all the Anti-Japanese Areas.Sticking to correct peasants' burden principles was the,second reason,the third was to bring peasants ' burden policy to completion gradually.The finial was to adopte vigorous measures which make peasant to increase the income and reduce the expenditure.The successful experience of lightening peasant' burden in Anti-Japanese area is very useful for us to resolve the agriculture,village,farmer problem and set up the harmonius society.
