摘要
本研究对86个光皮桦无性系嫁接苗的苗高、地径、叶长、叶宽4个生长性状进行了当代测定,结果表明无性系间差异均达极显著水平。光皮桦无性系嫁接苗苗高重复力系数为0.2368,地径重复力系数为0.1494,而叶长、叶宽重复力系数均较低。光皮桦无性系苗高与地径、地径与叶长、地径与叶宽、叶长与叶宽间的相关系数均达极显著水平。叶长、叶宽性状对地径生长具有显著的正向效应,对苗高生长量则影响不大。
In this research, we have studied the key characters including height, diameter, leaf length ,leaf width of 86 Betula luminifera′s clone grafting seedlings .The testing result shows that the differences among each above characters are highly significant .The height repeatability coefficient is 0.2368,and the diameter repeatability coefficient is 0.1494.However,the leaf length repeatability coefficient and the leaf width repeatability coefficient are relatively lower. The statistics in this research also shows that the correlation coefficient between height and diameter, diameter and leaf length,diameter and leaf width, leaf length and leaf width are all significant .However, the correlation coefficients between height and leaf length ,height and leaf width are much lower, which indicates characters like leaf height and leaf width have little effect on seedling height growth..
