摘要
中国虽在20世纪90年代从西方引进了人力资源管理这门课程,却至今也未能引进其先进的教学理念、方法和模式。在人力资源管理教学中,除了采用传统的一元化、代理性的课堂讲授法之外,还应引入广泛应用多媒体技术的多元化、亲验性教学方法,以培养学生分析和解决实际管理问题的能力。多元化、亲验性教学方法主要包括:案例分析、视听技术、情景模拟、角色扮演、网络信息交流等。
In the 1990s, the course of Human Resource Management(HRM) was introduced to China from West,but by now we have not yet introduced its advanced teaching notion,method and model.In the teaching practice of Human Resource Management, we should not only use the traditional unilateral and acting class teaching method,but also use the multiple and experiencing teaching method in which multi-media is widely used to improve students' ability in analyzing and solving real management problems. The later methods include case study,audiovisual instruction,simulation,role play and web-based training, etc.
