摘要 目的在CT引导下行高血压脑出血微创抽吸术,观察抽吸及治疗效果。方法回顾分析1999年10月~2003年10月我院对31例高血压脑出血患者行微创抽吸术的临床资料。结果在CT下定位,明确体表穿刺部位、深度及进针角度,用YL-Ⅰ型颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针插入血肿中心,行血肿抽吸。本组31例患者存活27例(87%)。随访6个月,生活质量良好。结论应用CT引导行高血压脑出血微创抽吸术是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。 Objective To observe effect of blood-sucking under guidance of CT for treatment of brain hemorrhage due to hypertension. Methods The lesions were located using CT making clear position, depth and angle of needle. A YL-I intracranial puncture needle was inserted into the hematoma sucking the blood. Results 27 (87%) of the 31 patients survived, who were found acceptable for life quality in the following 6-month follow-up. Conclusion Minor-trauma sucking of blood for brain hemorrhage due to hypertension is safe and effective for surviving the patients.
