摘要
目的总结分析神经性关节病X线征象特征,提高对神经性关节病的诊断和鉴别诊断。方法收集我院2004年至2006年病理证实的10例神经性关节病,回顾分析其X线征象表现。结果10例神经性关节病包括肘关节3例,腕关节1例,肩关节2例,髋关节1例,膝关节2例,踝关节1例。X线特点:关节软组织肿胀8例,关节脱位、畸形7例,关节组成骨骨质破坏、增生硬化10例,关节间隙变窄8例,关节周围有小游离骨块9例。5例发生于肩、肘关节神经性关节病患者行脊髓MR扫描,发现脊髓空洞者4例。结论神经性关节病好发于最易受外力作用的关节,骨质破坏、增生硬化、关节脱位畸形、周围游离骨块为本病的主要X线征象。脊髓空洞症以侵及肩、肘关节等上肢关节为多。
Objective To summarize analyzed the clinic and X-ray sings characteristics ofneuroarthropathy,to enhance the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of neuroarthropathy.Methods In this study,10 cases of pathologically proved neuroarthropathy were collected from2004 to 2006,10 cases of imaging with X-ray sings were analyzed. Results 10 cases ofneuroarthropathy include 3 cases of elbow joint, 1 case of wrist joint,2 cases of shoulder joint,1 case of hip joint, 2 cases of knee joint and 1 case of ankle joint.The X-ray characters were8 joint soft tissue swells,7 dislocation of joint,10 distruction of bone and hyperostosis,ostcosclerosis of joint,8 joint space narrow and 9 joint surrounding contain loose bone pieces.5 cases of elbow and shouler joint patient’s spind cord were scan by MR and findingsyringomyela 4 cases. Conclusion The neuroarthropathy easy located in joint of weigh.The X-ray sings of neuroarthropathy were bone destruction,hyperostosis and ostcosclerosis ofjoint,dislocation of joint and joint surrounding contain pieces of bone.The neuroarthropathyof elbow and shoulder sign located in syringomyela.
