摘要
动力换档变速箱目前广泛采用液压缓冲阀进行换档过程控制,本文对一种液压缓冲阀进行了研究,建立了通用仿真模型,分析了结构参数对缓冲阀动态性能的影响.通过台架试验验证了所建模型的正确性及有效性.研究结果可以为车辆动力换档控制系统的设计、改进及预测提供依据.
This paper introduces the composition and working principle of a hydraulic buffer and establishes the universal simulation model.The dynamic characteristic and the influences of design value on performance are analyzed.This is helpful for design of vehicle shifting-system.
