甲基化荧光定量PCR在消化系肿瘤中的应用

摘要 甲基化荧光定量PCR(MethyLight)是一种新的甲基化定量检测技术,该技术使用荧光标记探针(Taqman)对基因甲基化水平进行定量测定,具有实时监测、灵敏性高的特点,并可以对大规模的样本进行测定,在消化系肿瘤的诊断和治疗等方面有着广阔的应用前景。
