摘要
对分度凸轮机构在不同阶段的能控性和能控性程度进行研究。研究结果表明,分度凸轮机构在分度段是能控的,在停歇段是不能控的;而且在分度段的不同时期的能控性程度也不相同,在输出件速度高时的能控性程度要好一些。此外,还分析在不同广义坐标下施加控制力的不同效果。这些工作对分析分度凸轮机构的能控性程度以及合理设计分度凸轮机构振动控制系统具有重要意义。
Controllability and degree of controllability for indexing cam mechanism are investigated, which is important for the dynamic properties of indexing cam. Through the investigation, some important conclusions are obtained. The study suggests that indexing cam mechanism is controllable in indexing period, but not controllable in intermittent period. Moreover, at different time in indexing period, the degree of controllability of mechanism is also different: its degree of controllability is better in faster period. In addition, different efficiency of control acting in different coordinates is studied.
