抗深部真菌药不良反应发生情况综述

Systematic review on adverse drug reaction due to anti-deeper mycotic infection agents

摘要 　　对人体有致病力的真菌有200～300种,侵害表皮以下的致病菌统称深部真菌,深部真菌引起的疾病统称深部真菌病(deep mycoses),可以引起表皮组织以下以及表皮感染.多数抗真菌药物的特异性不高,作用于真菌的同时也易对宿主细胞产生毒性作用,不良反应已成为限制抗真菌药物在临床应用的重要因素.本文复习有关文献,对临床常用的两性霉素B、酮康唑、氟康唑、伊曲康唑、氟胞嘧啶等抗深部真菌药不良反应发生及防治等方面进行综述,以供临床用药参考.……
