未经分离纯化和经分离纯化的自体红骨髓复合物治疗骨囊肿的临床疗效 被引量:7

The clinical study on the effectiveness of two kinds of complexation of autologous red bone marrow in the treatment of bone cysts

摘要 目的比较未经分离纯化和经分离纯化自体红骨髓复合物治疗骨囊肿的临床疗效。方法对24例骨囊肿分为A、B两组,其中肱骨近端14例,股骨近端8例,胫骨远端2例,以透明质酸钠为载体抽取自体髂骨红骨髓(未经分离纯化和经分离纯化)加入甲强龙,在X线透视下,将2根骨穿针经皮分别自囊腔顶部和底部刺入骨囊肿内,抽去囊液,冲洗囊腔后注入复合物。其中21例注射1次,3例注射2次间隔2~3个月。结果本组病例随访时间10月~24月,平均18个月,骨愈合良好,无复发及并发症,治愈率100%。骨囊腔愈合时间A组4~10个月,平均6个月,B组4~9个月,平均5个月。两组比较无统计学差异。结论未经分离纯化与经分离纯化的自体红骨髓复合物相比较具有治疗骨囊肿疗效确切、方法简单、费用较低,是一种便于基层医院推广使用的新型治疗方法。 Objective To wmpare theclinical effectiveness of the wmplexation of autologous red bone marrow which had mot been seperated and purified with the other one seperated and purified in the treatment of bone cysts.Methods 24cases of bone cysts were devided inot tow groups:group A used the complexation of autoiogous red bone marrow that had mot been seperated and purified,and group Bused the marrow seperated and purified,with methylprednisolone with sodium hyaluronale as carrier percutaneously injected in.under fluoroscapy,tow fine bone marrow biopsy needles pierced the bine cysts by way of the top and the bottom of the cysts perspectively.The introcystic fluid was drawn off the cyst cavity irrigaced and the wmplexation of auto logous red bone marrow and methylpred nisolone with sodium hyaluronate as carrier percutarreous injection in.Of the 24 cases,21 received 1 jection 3 received 2 jections in 2 ~ 3 months in terval.Results the patients were followed-up an auerage of 18 months (10`24 mothes).All 24 cysts healed satifyingly treatment.Thetime for bone cysys to grow togther again in group A was 4 ~ 10 months (mean 6 months) and in group B was 4 ~ 9 moths (mean 5 moths).There is no statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion In the treatment of bone cysts,the complexa-tion of auto-logous red bone marrow that had mot been seperated and purified has almost the same effect as the one that had been seperated and purified but moer simple to manipulate,cost less.
