妊娠期甲状腺功能变化的影响因素 被引量：5

摘要 妊娠期甲状腺功能受绒毛膜促性腺激素及雌激素水平、碘水平、钠碘同向转运蛋白、促甲状腺激素受体、甲状腺相关自身抗体以及脱碘酶的活性等多种因素的影响,甲状腺功能状态对妊娠本身及胎儿的发育均至关重要,孕期甲状腺功能异常可导致流产、早产、死胎以及胎儿生长发育滞后等多种不良后果。孕妇甲状腺功能异常的早期发现和治疗,对于预防和减少产科并发症,保证胎儿的正常发育有着重要的意义。
