稀土在真丝织物酸性染料染色中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 用正交设计实验法对弱酸性染料真丝绸染色中加入氯化稀土的新染色方法进行研究,确定了其主要工艺参数,特别是研究了稀土氯化物的加入时间,认为在染料加入染浴30 min后加稀土,染色效果最佳。此外,又探讨了染色温度、pH值与染色效果的关系,实验表明新方法可在较低温度80℃下进行,其具有提高染料上染率10%,加入氯化稀土后使织物的水洗牢度有所提高,并可减轻灰伤病疵。 The new dyeing technology which adds rare earth chloride with acid dyes in silk-dyeing was studied by experimental method of orthogonal design.The main technological parameters were established,especially the time for adding rare earth chloride.It is considered that the optima1 dyeing effect will be achieved if the rare earth chloride is put into dye bath in 30 min after the addition of dyes. The relation between the temperature of dyeing and PH of dye bath was discussed. The results of experiments show that the new method can be carried out in lower temperature than conventionality method,dye-uptake can be enhanced by 10%,and fabric has higher washing fastness and has lower fault of ash-injured.
