摘要
阐述了钢管混凝土质量超声波检测的基本原理及缺陷的判别方法,结合工程实例,着重对管壁与混凝土胶接良好的钢管混凝土柱内部钢隔板与混凝土的结合面进行了检测,给出了钢管混凝土试件的实测声学参数和波形,通过对实测声学参数和波形的分析,并结合钢管混凝土试件拆除后结合面的实际情况,总结出超声波在钢管混凝土柱内部钢隔板与混凝土结合面的变化规律,可供采用超声法检测钢管混凝土柱内部钢隔板与混凝土的结合面质量时参考。
It is discussed the principle of ultrasonic inspection of concrete-filled steel tube and the method of testing all kinds of defects.It is also given acoustic parameters and wave of ultrasonic that drills through the combination of steel clapboard and concrete in concrete-filled steel tube column.By comparing inspection conclusions and the actual condition of concrete-filled steel tube,some rules about how to inspect concrete-filled steel tube column by ultrasonic are summarized.
