高能束激光直接制造金属零件技术的进展

摘要 综述了激光直接制造金属零件技术的发展过程。介绍了金属零件激光直接制造的关键技术术和特点,并对激光器、送粉系统、在线控制等相关装备的发展、新技术的融入以及新工艺的开发进行了分析,展望了克服制造过程缺陷的方法。 The development of laser cladding direct metal (LCDM) manufacturing technology was overviewed. The basic technology of the LCDM and the engineering concerns were introduced. The review outlined the laser apparatus, powder feeder system and online controllable system, along with the newly developed techniques application and specialized processes technology. The method to solve the existing problem in laser direct metal deposition was discussed.
