摘要
径向锻造属于精密模锻,它是一种先进的塑性成形工艺,而径向压入量是径向锻造工艺的一个重要参数。本文针对径向锻造工艺的特点,以Abaqus有限元模拟软件为平台,建立了简化的径向锻造有限元模拟模型,并利用动力显式有限元法对径向锻造的过程进行了模拟,定量分析了径向压入量对坯料端面质量的影响。模拟结果表明,当径向压入量不同时,坯料呈现不同的变形特点,坯料端面呈现不同的缺陷。
A finite element software Abaqus has been used to build the simplified model and simulate the process of radial forging through the elastic- plastic dynamic explicit FEM.The influence that radial feed quantity has on the quality of the end-plane of stock has been analyzed quantitatively.The results have shown that the stock had different deformation law and the end-plane had different defects when radial feed quantity was not same.
