碳/环氧3D角联锁结构复合材料压缩性能的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 碳/环氧3D层-层正交角联锁结构复合材料是很有应用潜力的材料,然而,到目前为止,这种材料的力学性能数据较少,影响了其可靠性的评估。本研究通过测试四种不同结构的角联锁结构复合材料的压缩性能,客观地评价了结构与压缩性能的关系。实验结果和分析表明:四种结构的复合材料在相互垂直的经向和纬向均具有较高的压缩强度和压缩模量;经纱密度大的结构其经向压缩强度也大,同样,纬纱密度大的结构其纬向压缩强度也大;呈伸直状态的衬纱对提高其所在方向的压缩模量贡献很大。 Carbon/epoxy 3D layer-to-layer angle interlock structural composites is the material with a great application potential.However,there is a little experiment data about it's mechanical properties,which baffles reliable evaluation on this kind of composites.In this paper,based on experiment investigation on compression properties of four different angle-interlock structural composites,the relationship between structure and compression properties are evaluated.The results show that there are good compression strength and compression modulus for all the four angle-interlock structural composites on two perpendicular axis directions of warp and weft;The structure with bigger warp density behaves higher compression strength in warp direction,the structure with bigger weft density behaves higher compression strength in weft direction also;The stuffer yarns play an important part in increasing compression modulus in the direction of stuffer yarns deposited.
