摘要
基于人类的认知规律、高职生的特点和社会需求等因素,完善实践性教学体系是提高高职教育质量的关键。其基本途径是:完善教学方案,凸显高职人才培养特色;加强师资队伍建设,提高教育质量;搭建实践实训平台,增强学生就业能力。
Based on the factors of human cognitive principles,characteristics of higher vocational school students and social demand,the optimization of practice teaching system is the key to enhance the quality of higher vocational education,and its basic approaches are:optimizing teaching plan,and standing out the characteristics of talents cultivation of higher vocational education;strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and enhancing educational quality,etc.
