摘要
将36只28日龄合浦鹅随机分为2组,用来研究蟛蜞菊、黑麦草和桂牧一号象草对鹅生长性能及养分利用率的影响.处理Ⅰ为蟛蜞菊组,处理Ⅱ为黑麦草和桂牧一号象草组.饲养试验结果表明:28~49日龄阶段,蟛蜞菊和黑麦草对鹅生长性能的影响差异不显著(P>0.05);49~70日龄阶段,蟛蜞菊和桂牧一号象草对鹅的日增重和饲料效率的影响差异显著(P<0.05),处理Ⅰ比处理Ⅱ日增重提高15.92%,饲料效率提高15.55%;全期来看,两组差异不显著(P>0.05),但处理Ⅰ比处理Ⅱ日增重提高6.69%,饲料效率提高6.18%.代谢试验结果为:两组间干物质、能量和钙的表观利用率差异不显著;粗蛋白、粗脂肪象草组明显高于蟛蜞菊组;纤维类成分的消化率蟛蜞菊组显著高于象草组.
36 Hepu Geese at age of 28d were randomly divided into 2 groups to study the effect of wedelia chinensis, ryegrass and Gui Mu No1 on performance, nutrients availability. The results of feeding trial showed: In period of 28~49 days, performance of geese were not significantly different between 2 treatments; In period of 49~70 days, daily gain and feed efficiency of wedelia chinensis were significantly higher than Gui Mu No1(P<0.05).The daily gain and feed efficiency increased by 15.92% and 15.55% respectively compared with Gui Mu No1. In the whole period, performance were not significantly different between 2 treatments, but daily gain and feed efficiency of treatment I increased by 6.69% and 6.18% respectively compared with treatment II. The results of metabolic trial showed: the apparent availabilities of DM, GE, Ca were not much different between 2 treatments; The apparent availabilities of CP, EE of Gui Mu No1 were much higher than those of wedelia chinensis; However, The apparent availabilities of fibers were much lower than those of wedelia chinensis.
