摘要
设计了一种用于轧制力测量的微分干涉式光纤传感器,分析了该传感器的原理,给出了其数学模型,并通过实验验证了该系统测量轧制力的正确性和可行性。与其他测量轧制力的传感器相比,该方案具有测量精度高,线性范围大,对温度等缓变干扰信号不敏感等优点。
A kind of optical fiber sensor based on a differentiating interferometer in measurement of the rolling force was designed. The principle of the sensor was analyzed in detail. The general formulas were derived. The theory and measurement method of the rolling force is correct. Compared with other sensor measuring the rolling force, this system possesses higher accuracy and larger linear range, and is out of the effect of slow circumstance variables, such as temperature.
