摘要
针对应用于工业现场的产品在线识别机器视觉系统,提出了稳定性设计的概念,并在硬件和软件系统设计中给出了稳定性设计策略。深入地分析了系统常见的故障类型及产生的原因,提出了故障诊断的流程。该方法已成功应用于机器视觉玻壳产品在线分类识别系统中,取得了理想的结果。
A concept was developed for the stability of the design in the industrial site machines visual identification products on-line system, the stable design strategy in the design of hardware and software systems providing was presented. This paper analyses the types of system failures and common causes, and gives the failure diagnosis process. The method has been successfully applied to the classification of machine vision Glass Shell products online identification system, and achieves the desired results.
