摘要
探讨了计算机机箱温度场的测量方法,采用具有冷端补偿的K型热电偶数字转换器MAX6675设计实现了多点温度分布测试系统,该测试系统具有精度高、稳定性高的突出特点。此外,利用热分析软件Flotherm对机箱的温度场进行模拟仿真分析,仿真计算结果与测试结果一致,验证了仿真模型和仿真结果的有效性。
The measurement of the temperature filed for computer chassis is discussed. Using MAX6675 with a direct digital converter of type-K thermocouple output with cold-junction compensation, a distributed-testing system for multi-point temperature measurement is designed. The distributed-testing system has the advantages of high precision and high stability. Furthermore, with the heat analysis software Flotherm, the simulation of temperature field for chassis is also presented. The simulation results are consistent with the testing results, it shows that the simulation model and results are effectual.
