摘要
针对精密注塑机生产过程中高精度、高效率的要求,本文基于实时嵌入式操作系统eCos和网络通讯技术,从系统结构、硬件设计、软件设计、系统实现等方面,对注塑机实时监控系统加以阐述。系统调试、运行结果充分验证了设计实现方案的有效性和可行性。
According to the requirements of the delicate molding machine, such as high density and high efficiency, based on the real-time embedded operating system eCos and internet technology, the monitoring system of the delicate molding machine is introduced in detail on structure, hardware design, software design and so on. The validity and feasibility of the design scheme are proved by the system operating results.
