不同产区温麦6号商品小麦的品质特性分析
Analysis on the quality characteristics of Wenmai6 wheat in different production regions
摘要
对25份平原、丘陵和稻茬麦区产温麦6号商品小麦的蛋白质、湿面筋、淀粉、直链淀粉含量和淀粉糊化峰值粘度进行了分析对比,结果表明:环境对小麦淀粉性状和参数均有直接影响,平原、丘陵麦区产温麦6号商品小麦较稻麦区的更适于制作面条。
