摘要 目的观察Nd∶YAG激光周边虹膜切开术对青光眼患者角膜内皮的影响。方法对22例(26只眼)行Nd∶YAG激光周边虹膜切开术,且于术后第1周,1、3和6个月对角膜内皮细胞进行形态学定量对比分析。结果激光治疗前与激光治疗后各时间段角膜内皮细胞形态学定量分析表明,治疗后角膜内皮细胞密度、六角形细胞比例下降(P<0.05),平均细胞面积及变异系数增加(P<0.05)。结论Nd∶YAG激光周边虹膜切开术对青光眼患者角膜内皮有一定的损害,应积极预防。 Objective To study the effect on corneal endothelium after Nd ∶YAG laser peripheral iridotomy.Methods Twenty two cases(26 eyes)were treated by Nd ∶YAG laser peripheral iridotomy.The corneal endothelium of 26 eyes was examined before operation and 1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation with non contact specular microscope.Results The corneal endothelial cell density and percentage of hexagonal endothelium decreased significantly before and after treatment(P<0.05),whereas the mean cell area and coefficient of variation of endothelium increased in the meanwhile.Conclusion Nd ∶YAG laser peripheral iridotomy can cause damage of corneal endothelial cells to some extent.
