摘要
树木细根(直径<2mm)在森林生态系统能量流动和物质循环中起着重要的作用。细根年净生产量20~1317g·m^(-2)·a^(-1),占林分总净初级生产量的3%~84%,大部分在10%~60 %;从北方森林到寒温带、温带、亚热带至热带,细根生产量呈增加趋势;在同一气候带针叶林细根生产在总净初级生产中的比例却小于阔叶林(常绿和落叶)。树木细根生命周期短至数天,长达数年,细根生命周期除与树木种类有关外与地上部分碳向根系供应的多少有密切关系,同时与土壤肥力、水分的有效性、土壤温度以及根际周围的土壤微环境有关。本文对近些年来细根生产与周转的研究结果及方法进行综述。同时介绍几种常用细根生长及周转研究方法,包括:土钻法、内生长法、微根管法等。
It is well known that fine-root(D<2mm) plays a significant role in energy flow and nu- trient cycling of forest ecosystems.Annual fine-root net primary production(NPP)was 20~1317 g·m^(-2)·a^(-1),amounting to 3%~84% of total stand NPP,mostly 10%~60%;the fine-root NPP tended to increase from boreal forest,through cold-temperature,warm-temperature and subtropical forest,to tropical forest ecosystem;The percentage of fine-root NPP of needleleaf forest seems low- er than that of broadleaf forest(evergreen and deciduous)within the same climatic zone.The fine- root lifespan of tree species varied from several days to years,the lifespan had related not only to tree species,bur also carbon allocation,soil fertilization,moisture,temperature and the mini-envir- oment around root.This paper introduced the findings and methods about fine-root production and turnover.In additional,there were several methods usually used in researches of fine-root produc- tion and turnover,including:soil coring,ingrowth cores,minirhizotron.
