摘要
目的观察并比较姜黄水醇提取液和雷尼替丁对大鼠实验性胃溃疡的作用。方法采用幽门结扎法制作大鼠胃溃疡模型。结果姜黄可明显抑制由幽门结扎所致的大鼠实验性胃溃疡,使溃疡明显减轻,溃疡指数减小,溃疡抑制率达78.5%,效果与雷尼替丁相近(抑制率为85.3%),与生理盐水比较,差异显著。结论姜黄水醇提取液具有较明显的抗溃疡作用。
Objective To study the effect of the component extracted from curcuma and ranitidine on the experimental gastric ulcer in rats. Methods Pyloric ligation gastric ulcer was made. Results Curcuma decreased the incidence of gastric ulcer and ulcer index,inhibition rate of ulcer was 78.5%. There was significant difference between curcuma and physiological saline group. There was no obvious difference between the curcuma-treated group and the ranitidine group. Conclusions The component extracted from curcuma has an obvious inhabitation on the gastric ulcer caused by pyloric ligation
