摘要 脑缺血缺氧促使谷氨酸(Glu)大量释放,过度激活受体NMDAR,介导兴奋性损伤作用,破坏脑神经元。兴奋性氨基酸及其受体过度激活所致的兴奋毒性作用可能是缺血缺氧脑损伤中的共同通路。海马的缺血缺氧损伤将导致学习记忆能力降低。 Glutamate can stimulate the release in Cerebral Ischemic.It can over-activate the NMDA Receptor and injure the cerebral neurons induced by excitotoxiicity;Excitotoxiicity is a common way in Cerebral Ischemic Injury.The learning and memory function will be obviously reduced by Hippocampus Ischemic Injury.
