摘要
目的合成2,4-二氟联苯。方法用P,O双齿螯合钯配合物催化偶联反应合成目标化合物。结果所合成的目标化合物的熔点、红外光谱、核磁谱与有关文献报道一致。结论所用工艺具有原料易得、收率高的特点,反应条件温和,适用于2,4-二氟联苯原料的生产。
OBJECTIVE To synthesize 2,4-difluorobiphenyl.METHODS The target compound was synthesized from cross-coupling reaction catalyzed by P,O chelate palladium complex.RESULTS The characteristics of the compounds such as mp,1HNMR and IR were consistent with reference.CONCLUSION The raw materials can be easily available and higher yield can be obtained.The procedures were manipulated in the mixture of water and organic phase at room temperature in air and were suitable to be scale-up.
