摘要
用原子吸收光谱法测定了湛江产沙姜中微量元素的含量,发现其镁、钾、钙、锰等元素的含量比较丰富,并讨论了这些有益元素与人体健康的关系。
The trace elements in Kaempferia galanga L from Zhanjiang were detemained by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that magnesium,potassium,calcium and manganese is abundant.The relations between these beneficial elements in body and health were discussed.
