摘要
将质量功能配置(QFD)与证据理论(D-S theory)相结合,建立适合对舰船研制方案进行评估的质量屋。利用质量屋把评价指标与军方需求联系起来,建立研制方案评价指标体系及权重,采用证据推理方法,对评价指标的不完全性模糊判断进行融合处理,并结合最大期望值决策准则,对舰船研制方案进行综合评价,得到一种科学合理的评估方法。
