摘要
锅炉的启动方式对高温再热器的壁温有较大影响,试验发现:当锅炉冷态启动时,高温再热器的管壁温度较低;但锅炉热态启动时它的壁温较高。因此,单台磨煤机的给煤量不能增长过快,并尽量投用对称位置的磨煤机,防止高温再热器单侧管壁温度偏高。文中同时提出了再热器炉外运行测点温度极限值的计算方法,对再热器材质的选择和运行监视均具有一定的指导意义。
